Permit Applications are in the form of Fillable PDF below. These can be completed and emailed to Permits.MCILLC@gmail.com for processing. Once received the permit will be submitted to the Zoning Official for zoning review. Once approved we will calculate the appropriate fee and submit an invoice to the applicant for payment. Once payment is received a permit shall be issued. Checks should be made out to “MCI, LLC”. Payment can be submitted to the local unit of government or mailed to: MCI, LLC, PO Box 112, Paw Paw, MI 49079
